Fans of the long-running CBS sitcom, "The Big Bang Theory," know that Sheldon Cooper, played by Jim Parsons, is not exactly fond of Barry Kripke, played by John Ross Bowie. In the promotional teasers released for episode 8 of season 11, it is hinted that there may be an impending showdown between Sheldon and Barry as described by Leonard Hofstadter, played by Johnny Galecki. This time, what will they be fighting about?

In the 20-second promotional teaser, it can be seen that both Leonard and Howard Wolowitz, played by Simon Helberg, are in a room with a white board full of equations. Sheldon walks in the room and asks them what is going on, and even asks so with a hint of jealousy. Barry then goes on to say that if the collaboration between him, Leonard, and Howard would make Sheldon Jealous, then it would be an added bonus since they do not like each other.

This does not seem to be the main focal point of the story of the upcoming episode. In the synopsis from Cartermatt, Howard and Leonard are revealed to become furious with Sheldon since he worked for the military behind their backs. Additionally, it is also revealed that "Breaking Bad" alum, Dean Norris, will be returning to the show as Colonel Williams. Could Sheldon's secret be the reason why Leonard and Howard collaborated with Barry?

If this is true, it is unsurprising that Leonard and Howard would feel this way towards Sheldon, especially since that they have not had a good history when it came to working for the army. It is safe to assume that both Leonard and Howard still feel some semblance of loss after the military had quite recently pulled the plug on their last project. However, it would still be interesting for the fans to see what Colonel Williams will have next for the Caltech scientists.

"The Big Bang Theory" season 11 airs Thursdays, at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
