'The Sims 4' DLC expansion update: 'Get Together' coming in November

"The Sims 4" will be welcoming the "Get Together" expansion pack in November.

The new expansion pack was announced at Gamescom, according to PC Gamer.

"Get Together" will mainly be focused on integrating an all-new location into the world of "The Sims 4," and that new place is known as Windenburg.

Windenburg offers a new array of sights and sounds to "Sims 4" players once they get to experience it. In Windenburg, players will be exposed to a new type of setting that will most likely remind them of European locales. Everything from the most rural backroads and settings to a busy town square teeming with activity and everything else in between can be seen in Windenburg.

Aside from feasting their eyes on their new surroundings, players can of course also do a myriad of new activities in the new locale known as Windenburg, according to the official Sims web site.

Once in Windeburg, players can truly start to get the most out of the new expansion for "The Sims 4."

One of the new activities offered in the "Get Together" expansion is joining a club. Clubs will have their own set of distinct personalities, meaning players will have to pick and choose to see which ones they want to try out in the game. If players don't want to join any of the clubs already available in the "Get Together" expansion, they can also opt to create one themselves. Upon creating their own club, players can then choose what the members do and even what places they like to visit.

While in a club, players can take advantage of some of the mini-games offered in the new expansion for "The Sims 4." Players can choose to play foosball with the other members of their customized club, and they can even try on new clothes in the new Walk-in closet also included in the expansion pack.

More details about the "Get Together" expansion pack will be revealed in October.]
