It is Thanksgiving in Genoa City and many characters are in for quite a holiday. "The Young and the Restless" spoilers reveal that Billy (Jason Thompson) has a plan up his sleeve to win Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) back.

Billy is definitely determined to get her back, and as previous spoilers have revealed, getting the apartment next door to hers is just the beginning. Phyllis, on the other hand, has her own Thanksgiving plans and certainly does not involve Billy. She will try not to think of him as she prepares for the holiday ahead. She will decide that there is no comfortable place for her this time of year.

Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will not have anyone to celebrate Thanksgiving with either, so they will get together for a private ladies' night instead. They will eventually meet up so they could celebrate. They will likely talk about their problems over some drinks. These two friends will have some fun together, until their evening comes to an abrupt halt by Billy.

Billy will take Phyllis aside and beg her to get back together with him. He will assure her that he loves her and wants to make things right. Billy will ask her to come with him on a wild adventure for the holiday. Although Phyllis will try to get rid of him, everyone knows how persistent he can be. He will bring up the idea of heading to New Orleans for Thanksgiving, and point out that the Jabot jet is ready and waiting for her.

After listening to what Billy has planned, Phyllis will have to make a decision. She will try to fight her desires, but she will not be able to. She could only resist Billy for so long, so she will give in and let Billy take her on a romantic trip out of town. They will definitely heat things up in New Orleans, or at least in their hotel room. When they return, it seems like they will be on solid ground now.

More "The Young and the Restless" spoilers suggest that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will continue her power trip. Vickie may be in denial, but it is clear that she is becoming just as bad as Victor (Eric Braeden), or possibly worse. Victoria has become quite a bossy figure and Abby (Melissa Ordway) is not having it one bit.

She will try to reason with Victor, but he will not yield. Victor will maintain that Victoria is the right person for the job, but Abby will be determined to prove him wrong. Abby knows that just hanging in there is not going to cut it. She knows she has to pull some strings and play dirty if she wants to push Victoria out.

This is triggered when Victoria decides to fire several Newman employees. Abby will insist that she has to be stopped. Scott (Daniel Hall) will be on board with Abby's idea to take Victoria down and out of the company. Of course, Victoria is not going to go down without a fight, so these two have an intense feud coming up.

Victor will be furious with Victoria and Abby being at odds with each other. He has a company to worry about and damage control is undoubtedly a top priority. Victor might not want to deal with this sibling rivalry. This might leave the Newman patriarch to wishing he had a better option for the job. He needs a responsible one right now.

Of course, Nick (Joshua Morrow) can easily be ruled out of this. He is still at odds with Victor and he could not be any different than his sisters anyway. While Vickie and Abby tend to butt heads with each other, Nick will obviously clash with him. Nick might end up working in Newman again someday, but he is not the right person to run it. Neil (Kristoff St. John), on the other hand, while being the more sensible one, he is too preoccupied with trying to get the company's reputation back on its feet.

This might be a set up for the return of Adam Newman (then played by Justin Hartley). There should be a reason why everything at the Newman side of things are falling apart. Having the character recast could come back as the golden boy and possibly the only other option for the company.

"The Young and the Restless" airs Mondays to Fridays at 1:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
