The big mess over at the Newmans will wind up seeing Victor (Eric Braeden) on top again. "The Young and the Restless" spoilers indicate that he will end up getting everything he wants down the road.

Abby (Melissa Ordway) may have played some role in the recent scandal of Newman Enterprises, but Victor still wants to have her around the company. She never betrayed him and that is the important thing. Victor is also happy that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is working at Newman again. He likes it when his children become his minions.

Same goes for his grandchildren as well. Noah (Robert Adamson) is taking over the Top of the Tower, so that is one more relative working for him. It is only a matter of time before Victor reunites with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), so he will basically have it all. There is only just one more person that he will need to come back to him, and that just so happens to be Nick (Joshua Morrow).

Nick donated his wealth, let his business burn to the ground later on. All these has left him wondering what he should do next, now that his business is gone. Nick still has some more options to try, but he will likely wind up at Newman again as well.

Victor previously warned his son that he is on his own, but that is probably because Victor just likes to feel in control. If Nick got on his knees and groveled before him, then Victor would likely forgive and forget. Nick may be right to push back after the things Victor did, but he has been acting self-righteous lately, so he needs a slice of humble pie.

Next week, Victor and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will come to an agreement. It is unclear what kind of agreement that is, whether it would be for her to agree to get the father and son to make amends or something else entirely. Chelsea might be willing to do what Victor wants provided that there is something in it for her.

Either way, Nick could apologize and pledge his loyalty to his dear old dad out of desperation. Should that be the case, then Victor would be feeling great about his children and grandchildren getting in line. Victoria and Abby are currently feuding, but Victor could put an end to that eventually. He might even choose to let Nick run things if they truly make amends.

Things might be falling into place for the Newman patriarch, but then that is where another bombshell could hit. Fans are still waiting for Nick to learn that Christian (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) is not his biological son but Adam's (Justin Hartley). Should Nick realize that Victor has known all this time, then their relationship will once again crumble.

"The Young and the Restless" airs Mondays to Fridays at 1:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
