Genoa City will be very busy this week as the characters of "The Young and The Restless" move forward with their troubled lives. It seems like everyone will get their stories aired this week. Here's what viewers can expect in the episodes from Nov.17 to 21, as revealed by Soap Central: 

Last week, Victoria was in labor but was stuck inside a janitor's closet courtesy of Maureen. Thankfully, Billy and Stitch find her in time and they take her to the hospital where she finally gives birth to a baby girl. 

When Victoria recovers, she tells Stitch that it was Maureen who locked her up after the latter confessed to killing his father. Later on, Victoria makes a decision for her and her baby. It looks like her decision will greatly affect Billy and Stitch. 

Billy and Chelsea also look like they're going to be affected by the birth of Victoria's baby. Jack talks to Billy about what would happen if the baby is proven to be his. 

As for Jack, he is dealing with huge problems of his own. He proposes to Phyllis and it breaks Kelly's heart. But later, Phyllis surprisingly confronts Jack about his affair with Kelly. 

Meanwhile, fans will finally get to see Adam Newman's face. It's been a while since he returned to "Y&R" as he had to stay at the hospital under the care of Sage and Constance. Now, with his bandages removed, he is ready to go back to Genoa, and visiting his son is probably first on his agenda. 

Another juicy tidbit about this week on "Y&R" is Colin blackmailing Devon and Hilary. Colin is planning to tell Neil about the affair and, in fact, he has already arranged to meet Neil to tell him the secret. Devon finds out about the blackmail and opts to put a stop to it himself.
