Although only recently launched, publisher Ubisoft has already lineup up updates and expansion for its first-person shooter RPG, "Tom Clancy's The Division." The first update and free DLC, "Incursion," is due to arrive on April 12.

In the announcement on the official Ubisoft blog, the new expansion "... adds a new endgame activity specifically designed for squad play, and rewards teams that come out victorious with high-level loot." The post also highlighted one upcoming feature that will be introduced with "Incursion," the loot trading feature. With the option unlocked, players can swap items with teammates within the squad.

"Incursion" is the first DLC planned for "The Division." After the first DLC launch, Ubisoft will be gearing up for "Conflict." The two are free expansions, and the publisher will also be rolling out three paid DLCs for the game. The three upcoming paid updates are "Underground," "Survival," and "Last Stand." These three will be rolled out throughout the year, with "Underground" and "Survival" having a 30-day exclusive access for Xbox One players.

Meanwhile, aside from the new DLC content, Ubisoft will also roll out a game update simultaneously with "Incursion." In the Ubisoft forums, it is announced that, "We will be deploying a fix in update 1.1 on April 12th that should resolve instances of the infinite loading/backpack issue. Due to this fix requiring a client patch, we cannot deploy it at an earlier date."

According to PC Gamer, the update is welcome news to "The Division" players, since an earlier update (the first one since the game's launch), while introducing improvements and tweaks, also managed to reveal some more bugs and glitches in-game. The industry follower reports that since the first update, players complained about in-game bugs that cause inventory items to disappear, particularly those from high-end backpacks, while some have said that they were locked out of the game itself.
