The registration for the beta testing of "Tom Clancy's The Division" is now open. Those who have a code can already redeem it via this page in order to get guaranteed access when the testing begins. To get a code, gamers must pre-order the game, which would automatically grant them a spot.

Players can also simply register on the wait list and those who are lucky enough will be granted access to the Ubisoft open-world shooter early as well. However, this isn't a surefire method to get in.

The beta will first come to the Xbox One in December.

"Tom Clancy's The Division" was introduced two years ago during the Electronic Entertainment Expo, but it was only in this year's convention that the highly-anticipated game got an official release date. Ubisoft has set its release for March 8, 2016.

It is still unknown what partakers of the beta will be up for when they get the preview of the game, but according to Screen Rant, players will likely be able to experience the New York setting as well as the PvP and will be able to join forces with two more players, which is what Ubisoft showed in the last couple of years.

The result of the beta testing will, in a way, shape "Tom Clancy's The Division" into something gamers will enjoy, as it will remove as many bugs as possible before the title is formally launched in the market. The beta, as Ubisoft wrote, "will also serve as an important opportunity to make sure that the game is balanced and that the servers are tested to pave the way for a smooth launch."

"Tom Clancy's The Division" will be released on March 8 next year and will be available for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. Those who want to be part of the beta testing can pre-order the game here
