"Tom Clancy's The Division" game fans is set to experience the "Survival" DLC on Nov. 22 . However, this will only include players on the PC and Xbox One. PlayStation 4 players will have to sit this one out for 30 days, which means, that they will experience the downloadable content a few days before Christmas.

The upcoming DLC is all about, as its name explicitly says, survival. However, it is not only in the firefight that they need to survive. Players will start the game in a basic configuration mode, which includes the clothing and weapons, a pistol. They will then have to find extra clothes for warmth, food for energy, and higher caliber weapons. These were explained during the stream on Twitch.

Coming along with the DLC is Patch 1.5. Again, PC and Xbox One users will have its first, but after a few days PlayStation 4 players will receive them as well and will not take a month. The upcoming patch will contain changes to weapons, gear and skill balancing. A World Tier 5 will also be introduced and aside from an increased enemy levels and maximum gear score, it will also contain new gear, new weapons, and new items, according to the game's official website.

It also added that enemy armor damage will not be a big factor on the gear's major statistic, especially on PvE mode. The said mode will use a different modifier compared to the PvP mode. Changes will also arrive on unique weapon talents, specifically, Hurried and Disciplined. These will now be specific types rather than being exclusive to a handful of players.

The notes also mentioned about a new gear set called Frontline. "That particular Gear Set has been around before, making a brief appearance at E3 earlier this year, but since the skill it's connected to – Ballistic Shield – had so many issues, it had to be removed from the game. Since Ballistic Shield is back with a vengeance, we're happy to bring back FrontLine too. Its 3-piece bonus will give your shield 30% more health, and the 4-piece bonus will let you use a SMG together with your shield instead of your regular sidearm. Like with all other Gear Sets, it's available from all regular sources of loot."

"Tom Clancy's The Division" is now available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. The next update, the "Survival" DLC, will arrive on Nov. 22.
