Last week's episode of Lifetime's comedy/drama series "UnREAL" ended in a character death. TV Fanatic reports that episode 7 will get darker as people come to terms with Mary's (Ashley Scott) decision to take her own life.

According to the spoilers released by the website, Mary's ex-husband will be hell-bent on making the show pay for the terrible thing that happened to her. One of the persons to be blamed could probably be Producer Shia (Aline Elasmar), who played with her medication in order to manipulate her more.

In "Fly," Chet (Craig Bierko) was seen telling Mary that she was in danger of being eliminated because no guy would choose an older woman over someone "hot and young." Quinn (Constance Zimmer), Everlasting's executive producer, overheard this and promptly made a bet with Chet that Mary would stay. She even tasked Rachel (Shiri Appleby) to co-produce Mary along with Shia to make sure.

When Shia checked on Mary, he found her off her bipolar medication and also drinking. Meanwhile, Quinn was getting desperate to win the bet, and she proposed that they bring Mary's abusive ex-husband Greg in the show. Rachel agreed with the idea, saying Mary needed to confront her abuser to give her closure.

While Mary was giving an interview, Craig surprised her by showing up. Adam (Freddie Stroma) came out to defend her and the men fought. Their daughter Lilly tried to stop the scuffle but Rachel pulled her away.

Craig then called Mary a "stupid bitch" and rounded on Rachel, yelling at her to admit that it was her fault and that she lied to him. He was sent to a trailer while they waited for the police to arrive. Mary then confronted him, telling him she did not need him anymore. Gossip and Gab reported that Craig used his "abuser tricks" on her, saying she deserved what she got and that their daughter would be better off without a mother.

Thoroughly upset, Mary went up to the roof of the house and stood on the edge saying: "I don't know if I'm good or if I'm a monster," and then fell. Although they tried to call 911, it was clear that Mary's head injury was dire and that it was impossible to save her.

"UnREAL" episode 7 airs at 10 p.m. Monday on Lifetime.
