The new year has come, and still, fans are waiting for Drake to release his much-awaited album "Views From the 6." The rapper has yet to reveal an official release date for the album, but while waiting for the album to drop, fans can listen to the 29-year-old in a new song by Rihanna.

This week, the Bajan singer released her much anticipated eighth studio album, "Anti." On Wednesday, Jan. 27, Rihanna tweeted a link to her first single from the album, "Work" featuring Drake. The song is Rihanna's third collaboration with Drake, following "What's My Name" from her 2010 album "Loud" and the title track for Drake's 2012 album "Take Care." The single is streaming on Tidal and iTunes.

Earlier this month, Drake also collaborated with Rick Ross on the song "Empire." According to Rap-Up, Drake's verse in the song is nearly eight years old and was taken from "Cannon Ball" off Colin Munroe's 2008 mixtape "Colin Monroe Is the Unsung Hero."

Meanwhile, there has been a lot of rumors regarding Drake's newest album's release date after the rapper gave his fans an update about the project during his New Year's Eve party at E11even Nightclub in Miami. In an Instagram video released by Hip Hop DX, Drake is heard saying, "'Views From the 6' coming very soon." This led to rumors that the album was going to be released on Jan. 6, then on Jan. 16, but the album didn't make its debut on those dates.

Now, new rumors claim that the album will be released next month as Hits Daily Double claims that "Views From the 6" will be released "around Grammy time." The 58th Annual Grammy Awards will be airing on Feb. 15, and it is speculated that Drake's new project will drop on or before the said date.
