"The Walking Dead" season 7 is bound to have a big surprise since spoilers suggest that the plot of the show will receive a big overhaul. After all, in the last episode of this AMC horror drama television series, a question was left hanging: who was the person Negan (played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan) killed using his barbed wire-covered bat Lucille?

According to the Morning News USA, the show's loyal followers are currently guessing the identity of Negan's victim. However, it might be possible that the show's audience will experience another mind-boggling twist since some rumors are saying that there will be more than one victim.

Andrew Lincoln — who plays as Rick Grimes in the upcoming seventh season — said that the upcoming episodes will be much darker. He even went so far as to say that the kind of society they built is much cooler, much deeper, yet darker. He also said that the series will take a turn for the worse, and that the darkness of the season will pave the way for a brighter tomorrow.

Meanwhile, according to the Blasting News, a lot of fans are trying to guess who is safe from Lucille. One of the most likely ones to survive will be Daryl, since he is too popular and profitable on the show's end to be sacrificed.

Of course, he is still hated by Negan's men because he is a big threat, but it does not matter as good TV ratings will most likely save him from certain death.

Also, aside from Daryl, Michonne will most likely be safe, since most of the avid "The Walking Dead" fans have grown to love her. Her character has also grown so much- from a hooded mystery, to a friend, mother figure, and love interest. As such, she is most likely safe.

"The Walking Dead" season 7 will premiere on Sunday, Oct. 23 on AMC.
