'Winds of Winter' author George R.R. Martin scheduled for Q&A in London on Aug. 19

London fans of the HBO TV series "Game of Thrones" will be ecstatic to know that George R.R. Martin will be headed there by the end of August. What will the author do there? He will be having a Q&A session to answer all fans' questions.

According to The Independent, the Q&A event will happen on August 19, but there is no definite venue yet for the event. The "A Song of Ice and Fire" author Martin will be accompanied by fantasy writer Robin Hobb. The ticket for the event is said to cost £45 each, but this will already include a hardback copy of "Fool's Assassin," written by Hobb.

Charlie Redmayne from UK publisher HarperCollins said "We're thrilled to have George and Robin together for such an event."

He added, "They are two experts at their craft, and have taken fantasy writing to the widest possible audience through their amazing worlds and characters."

Many fans of Martin's book series are hoping to get more answers from the author during the event. There is still no definite release date for "Winds of Winter" and with Martin's reputation for taking his time penning his long novels, the concern grows more every day.

Some of the fans even went on to say that Martin could die before he finishes his novels. Martin didn't like this at all. During the interview with Tages-Anzeiger, Swiss newspaper, Martin said "I find that question pretty offensive, frankly, when people start speculating as to my death and my health. So, f*** you to those people," he said while flipping the bird.

But according to a report from The Independent, "Winds of Winter" may be released in 2017, a rough prediction of analysts from Five Thirty Eight. These people actually made a statistical analysis of when the book will be finished.

The site stated that if Martin writes 350 words per day, the book will be done by February 2015. If he writes 250 words a day, it might be released on October 2015. Nonetheless, everyone is still expecting the book to come out on 2017, which worries show watchers if there will be any material left for the next seasons of "Game of Thrones."

For those who won't be able to make the Q&A session, it will have a live stream via Blinkbox book's official Facebook page.
