"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" still enjoys being on the top spot after a successful release last month, and barely weeks after the launch, developer CD Projekt Red is still updating the title to make it more exciting, expanding the story through more new content.

There would be two new patches coming to the title in the following weeks, patch 1.05 for the PC version, and 1.04 for consoles. The two updates will fix minor glitches and bugs found in the game, and will improve stability and performance.

The developer also promised that these two updates are just the tip of the iceberg, with new content, fixes, and improvement still to follow.

"As you know we don't stop working to keep bringing you new updates - I just wanted to give you a heads-up of what to expect in the upcoming patch," community coordinator Marcin Momot wrote on the official site forums. "The list is a part of the change log for the 1.04/1.05. There will be a lot more fixes on the way."

Among the most noted changes are the different fixes for the glitches that players discovered and encountered in certain quests, including: Wandering in the Dark, where Keira would sometimes fall under the terrain and players are unable to activate the portal; Blindingly Obvious, where players are fixed in a certain area and are unable to move; and Eye for an Eye Quest, where Roche, one of the NPCs important to the quest, is nowhere to be found.

Aside from the bug fixes, the new updates will also enlarge HUF and GUI elements by a significant margin, so that players can still see the interface even in dark or too-bright scene backgrounds. Moreover, patch 1.04 and 1.05 will also address camera smoothness and performance improvements during integral cutscenes.
