A personal computer (PC) version of "WWE 2K16" could be coming out soon, but will that port of the game also feature the currently available downloadable content (DLC)?

Starting off with the rumor about "WWE 2K16" coming to PC, this particular piece of news began to truly pick up steam after a listing for the still unconfirmed version was spotted online.

A listing on CDKeys.com would seem to suggest that a PC version of the wrestling game is indeed coming out soon, and that it may even be available as soon as March 31.

March 31 may indeed be the actual launch date, although as Attack of the Fanboy noted, it may also just be a placeholder.

Still, if March 31 is not the actual launch date, the WWE and 2K Sports may still ultimately decide to release any new port of the game around that time, since that would help generate even more publicity for this year's "WrestleMania."

It's worth noting that "WWE 2K15" has a PC port, so it would not be at all unheard of if the current offering from the franchise also received the same treatment.

It's also worth asking exactly what a PC version of "WWE 2K16" will be like.

To this point, nearly all of the DLC packages for the console ports of the game have already been released.

Only the game's Hall of Fame Showcase DLC pack has yet to be released, and according to Take-Two's financial report that has been shared by Business Wire, that last content drop is set to arrive on Feb. 23.

With all of the DLC packs for "WWE 2K16" likely being made available before the calendar even turns to March, that makes it even more plausible that any PC port of the game will already be bundled together with all of the additional content.

Whether a more complete edition of "WWE 2K16" being made available for PC translates to a higher retail price is unclear, though that will likely be the case.
