WWE rumors: Wade "King" Barrett out with shoulder injury

Wade "King" Barrett has been hardly a factor for the "League of Nations," although he has had his minor contributions to make life miserable for new World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) heavyweight champion Roman Reigns.

Those happened, of course, before WWE TLC (Tables, Ladders and Chairs), the recent WWE pay-per-view where there were surprisingly no traces of Barrett.

Such continued at WWE Raw, the night after when Sheamus got help from Rusev, Alberto Del Rio and WWE CEO Vince McMahon. With no announcement of whatsoever, there was, apparently, something a bit off.

And with that in mind, the first thing that comes to mind is that Barrett may be sidelined by something like an injury.

Eventually, it came out in the open as mentioned on the Pro Wrestling Sheet.

It turns out Barret is suffering from a nerve injury to his neck, although such is not expected to keep him out for long. But there seems to be more to that with reports by PW Insider that Barrett is also hampered by an arm injury

Right now, there is a debate on whether it is one of the two aforementioned injuries or both. But the curious thing is that Barrett did mention via Twitter that he wasn't taking any unnecessary risks.

Regardless and seeing Barrett not really involved in any major storyline, such begs to ask the question on the fate of the "League of Nations." Will the stable continue or eventually fold as speculated by Cageside Seats?

This question comes out after Reigns was finally crowned the WWE champion, the obvious reason why the stable was put up in the first place. Of course we could still see some storylines but in the same report, it is believed that the faction is not expected to reach Wrestlemania 32.

Barrett will unlikely be the cause but more of the storyline. But if that is the case, does this mean the King will be out of the limelight as well?
