The Xbox One-exclusive "D4" title is now coming to PC.

The murder mystery game "D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die," which was launched exclusively on Microsoft's current generation console in September last year, will be ported for PC players, according to game director Hidetaka Suehiro on Japanese game site Famitsu and Twitter

This is not the first title that started out as a console-exclusive and then branched out to include a PC version. Other Xbox One titles that now have PC versions are "Dead Rising 3" and "Ryse: Son of Rome." The fighter title "Killer Instinct" is reported to be coming to the PC as well.

Additionally, there will be minor changes in terms of gameplay and controls for the PC version. The Kinect gesture input would now be replaced with mouse clicks, and interface changes were subtly made to accommodate the keyboard and mouse controls for PC players.

Meanwhile, gameplay changes were also made to the PC version. The DLC packs that were released for the Xbox One title will now be available as in-game content and will not be re-released. Also, there will be content that would only be available for the PC version, and the digital download on Steam will have additional unique items such as achievements, badges, emoticons, and trading cards.

As with any other PC titles, the PC version of "D4" would have minimum specifications for optimized game performance. For a computer to run the title smoothly and fluidly, the operating system would need to be at least Windows 7 or Windows 8 64-bit edition, and the processor would need to be at least an Intel Core 2 Quad. For graphics, it is recommended that the video card be an Nvidia GeForce GTX 670.

Other than the announcement, there are no details yet on the time frame for the PC release of "D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die."
