Nintendo is tight-lipped about the "Zelda" Wii U version and no one really knows what's going on with the game development right now. But one thing is for sure - "Zelda" will be an epic game once it's released. This is what everyone can bank on come release date.

Speaking of release date, "Zelda" Wii U is set for launch in 2015, which is what was announced back at E3. However, there's a big possibility that this release date will be delayed for two reasons. One, Nintendo is hard at work with "Hyrule Warriors," "Pokemon and "Super Smash Bros." Next, Nintendo has released every "Zelda" game late since 2003.

So, what do we all have so far on "Zelda" Wii U? At E3, it was confirmed that Link is not a girl. And it was also the same time that everyone knew what a tease Eiji Aonuma is.

The truth is, new news for "Zelda" won't (probably) be coming this year as Nintendo is very focused on their other games. Take "Super Smash Bros." for example, the game was announced in the 2013 E3 but it's still in the works now. Take it to the extremes, we'll probably hear something new about "Zelda" at E3 2015.

iDigitaltimes is skeptical bout "Zelda's" release date. The site states that "next year, at E3 2015, Nintendo will announce that 'Zelda' Wii U release date has been pushed back to 2016." Hilarious as it may sound, there's some truth to it.

Do note that "Zelda" is the biggest project of Nintendo so far. It consists of tons of moving parts. But hopefully, Nintendo makes it worthwhile for everyone who is anxiously waiting for the game. Some tidbits of information here and there won't be bad too.
